Returns and Refunds

Please follow the following procedures for a refund or replacement product:

At HouseLabels.com, we strive to ensure that our HouseLabels’ brand products are of the highest quality and that your order arrives on-time and intact. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return (at your expense) unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less our shipping and handling charges incurred when shipping your order to you). In the event the product is defective, we will provide a full refund (including shipping and handling charges) and also pay the return shipping costs. Any refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

  1. Use the form on the Contact Us page to provide a brief description of the problem, including your Order Number.
  2. Our Customer Service department will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and send you shipping instructions for the package that you wish to return.
  3. Return the product to the following address:

Once we receive the package, we will immediately issue your refund or ship your replacement product.
